DESCRIPTION

EPAM is looking for a Partner Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The partner sales will be responsible for driving revenue related to our cloud offing by working closely with our Cloud partners. To be successful, the partner sales will have to get things done through relationships and influence. In this role you will be working in the growing Sales organization with very close alignment with the EPAM competence centers and practices of the respective cloud.

Responsibilities



  • Win Cloud business for EPAM in new and existing clients

  • Drive all Cloud related sales and marketing activities within your region, but working cross regions to share knowledge

  • Oversee preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs

  • Drive joint marketing initiatives with internal sales and marketing teams

  • Serve as liaison to BUs, sales, partner, and executive teams

  • Work with our Cloud partners to identify opportunities and joint target accounts

  • Coordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews

  • Educate our Cloud partners on EPAM capabilities and success stories to help stimulate partner-based lead referrals

  • Serve as internal trusted advisor on Cloud, ensuring internal product management, and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps

  • Perform partner needs assessment to identify training courses required to ramp-up on platforms and solutions

  • On occasion, deliver introductory training courses and supplementary materials (e.g. overview presentations and hands-on exercises) to illustrate platform-specific features and functionalities

  • Work closely with internal trainers and content development teams to improve content and delivery for educational programs

  • Work with the assigned partner manager to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator


Requirements



  • Experience with CLOUD platforms

  • Proven experience in high value software solutions and consultancy services, revenue generation and client-direct selling

  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships

  • Strong presentation skills

  • High energy level and ability to work independently
