Position Summary

 


As HR Time Management Specialist, you will support HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Employees within the company with high quality of information, advice and service in Time Management. Your main mission will be to support time management operational activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

A day in the life of an HR Time Management Specialist

 



  • Ensure effective support to Line Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners for day to day activities, dealing with the requests directly and/or supporting our HR outsourcing partner in Poland

  • Respond in a timely and adequate manner to multiple and complex requests related to Time Management analyzing the case, identify errors and take corrective actions

  • Contribute to various projects to ensure continuous improvement of our Time Management processes

  • Collaborate with our HR outsourcing partner in Poland (Center of Scale) and with our technical teams

What will make you successful

 



  • Strong learning abilities with service orientation and high results focus

  • Between 2 and 3 years of experience as an HR assistant in at least a medium-size company

  • Ideally with a successful experience dealing with Time Management topics

  • ISIT Savvy with excellent organizational & communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP/Time SAP or other time management systems is an asset

  • Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken), German/Swiss German will be considered a strong advantage
