MAIN OBJECTIVE:

Reporting to the Roger Dubuis and Baume & Mercier CFO, this role will contribute to the overall Finance function by providing a consolidated controlling view and managing the financial performance for the Roger Dubuis Brand (supervision of 25 countries, the head office and the Manufacture).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Management:

• Leads, develops and coaches a team of 3 controllers, ensuring proper workload dispatch and clear definition of roles and responsibilities to ensure that financial objectives are met

 

Reporting :

• Provides the financial reporting, of which P&L, cash flow statement and balance sheet, of the Maison


• Develops and maintains Brand, Markets, HQ and Manufacture specific controlling environment (KPIs, reports)


• Ensures accurate and timely financial planning, reporting and analysis to the Management


• Leads the monthly Finance committee, prepares the monthly reports and follows up action plans


• Provides monthly reports and comments to Group and SWM management and key counterpart of the Group and Division Finance

 

Analysis:

• Prepares and present key strategic analysis


• Ensures operating costs are monitored (with a particular attention to personnel costs and retail costs) identifying risks/opportunities and initiating corrective actions


• Ensures Cash flow and balance sheet forecasts accuracy


• Follow up the performance by country


• Follows up Manufacturing performance and the overall margin of the Brand


• Follows up A&P costs and performance Establishes the quarterly retail book


• Build and follow-up the financial performance by channel / business models

 

Support to the Maison and CFO

• Manages all aspects of financial operations for the Maison


• Prepares the Exco and International meetings (financial part)


• Proactively seeks and identifies areas of improvements and proposes solutions


• Participate in wider Maison’s projects


• Manages the Financial planning process (LE/BU) while ensuring alignment to Brand objectives across all departments and regions

 

PROFILE

 

Master Degree in Finance

 

 Language:

English and French

 

 Experience:

8-10 years of experience in controlling

Experience in team management

Comfortable with IT financial system

Ability to work directly with Top Management
