Description du poste

• Responsible for all activities in the Boutique such as: achieving sales targets and driving sales profits, building and developing client relationships, managing the Boutique operations, guaranteeing Boutique compliance and security at all times, ensuring immaculate visual merchandising


• Create, lead and motivate a successful team by training and developing them constantly


• To raise brand awareness in the market and enthusiastically contribute to OMEGA’s success

Profil

• Experienced manager within the retail industry in the prestige or luxury segment


• Passionate about delivering a memorable experience to our clients with a first class service, in a unique OMEGA environment


• Able to motivate and inspire a team and to demonstrate exceptional people management skills


• Strong communication skills


• Confident and immaculately presented


• Ability to be a suitable brand ambassador


• Fluent in German and English, any additional language is an asset


• Flexible with working hours (including weekends)
