Customer Success: Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. To this end, Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help Microsoft customers successfully realize their business outcomes.
Customer Engineers (CEs) are deep technical advisors supporting Enterprise customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to consumption within their given Solution Area. CEs provide technical support including risk assessments and tuning to operate and optimize a customer’s cloud or on-premise environment. The Customer Engineer provides support delivery services as well as technical readiness through a Customer’s Support contract remotely or on-premises.
Advocate for our customers to help resolve critical and complex technical issues using your technical proficiency combined with your understanding of our customer’s needs. Ability to go technically deep across Azure services and actively seek solutions to customer needs and communicate trends to leadership. Turn Azure customers to Azure fans by to understand their architecture and business, and work to continuously improve their overall Azure support experience. Building a close working relationship with the teams related to assigned service areas to leverage in case of escalations, as well as to drive product improvements. Deeply engage with your customers. Maintain and expand accreditations/certifications and assist in developing best practices for key technologies & products. We are looking to hire a teamworker that has a keen interest in proactively participating in Microsoft Communities, in recruiting activities, helping new joiners to ramp-up and/or coaching/mentoring others.
We are looking for experts with a strong understanding and experience in the Apps and Infrastructure area.
