Swiss Export Risk Insurance SERV insures the export transactions of Swiss companies against political and economic risks, ensuring the receipt of payments. In this way, SERV contributes to the creation and preservation of jobs and promotes Switzerland as a business location.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Functional Architect to join our project team in Zurich, Switzerland. In this position, you will manage all functional requirements for the new application landscape.
Your responsibilities
• Manage all functional requirements included in use cases, software specifications and designs
• Manage the change request process incl. assess, review, estimate, manage and support the preparation of the Steering Meeting as decision body
• Answer functional questions of the development teams together with the business analysts and business representatives
• Manage the acceptance process for and with the business representatives
• Support the contractual management of the providers
Your profile
• Over 10 years of experience in IT delivery projects, ideally in complex IT transformation/migration projects
• Experience as architect (functional or solution architect) within IT transformation projects and programs
• Understanding of the export risk insurance and credit risk business, ideally also of the Swiss market
• Very good English language skills are mandatory, German or French language skills optional
• Very good solution solving skills and good team player
• Swiss or EU citizen
