Head of IT Infrastructure (m/w) 100%
In this all-round role, you will be responsible for planning, building and running the IT infrastructure and managing the team.
YOUR TASK
Lead and motivate the team and create a positive working environment (4 direct reports)
Provide enterprise strategic direction for local and global IT Infrastructure while working with key stake holders to establish appropriate standards and controls to maximize service levels while minimizing costs
Responsible for all aspects of data and communication networks including enterprise voice solution and ensure that the environment is maintained to provide reliable, stable and high available services
Serves as the senior IT network leader and ensures that global standards are applicable and implemented in all regions
Responsible for coordinating the SAP Basis resources in-house and outsourced to 3rd parties
Plan, build and manage the key identity services used by Lindt (Active directory, DNS, Azure AD) in close corporation with our Enterprise Architect
Develop road maps, budget needs and deliver projects on time and within the budget scope
Responsible for continuous improvements of all element of the IT infrastructure locally and globally
YOUR PROFILE
University degree or equivalent education and several years of experience in a similar role
Several years of experience as manager of a team
Experienced IT leader in network and datacenter operations
Solid foundational knowledge in server, database, storage and security disciplines, experience with SAP Basis would be a plus
Good knowledge of IT Service Management processes
First class communicator that can work closely with various teams and departments, getting everyone working towards one goal whilst maintaining relationships
Self-driven and highly independent person with good conflict resolution skills
Fluent German and English
