We design, manufacture and install custom medical equipment for helicopters, aircraft and land-based ambulances. In order to strengthen our Engineering team and maintain our leading position in the global market we are recruiting for the following position

Technical Author

Your role

You will be responsible for the creation and revision of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness documents in accordance with the ATA100 specification. This includes:

• Flight Manual Supplements


• Weight and Balance Manuals


• Operations Manuals


• Component Maintenance Manuals


• Installation Manuals


• Wiring Diagram Manuals


• Illustrated Parts Lists

Your experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience writing technical manuals within the EMS and/or aircraft industry


• Strong computer skills with high proficiency in FrameMaker and Microsoft Word


• A working knowledge of IsoDraw and Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage


• Ability to prioritize multiple projects


• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Good organizational skills


• A high standard of English (spoken and written)


• German, spoken and written would be an advantage


• Must be eligible to live and work within the European Union
