For our client, an international and well-established company in Zug area, we are looking for a bright and motivated person to take over the role as:
Legal and Compliance Coordinator
Your tasks
In this position you will join a small and motivated team and you will be responsible of:
• Drafting, adjusting and adapting agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s complete representation
• Offering a proactive advice on all possible legal issues and analyzing legal matters
• Ensuring compliance of the company and of the regional partners, in particular compliance with reporting and payment obligations together with the Finance Department
• Evaluating and improving constantly compliance procedures and processes
• Cooperating with the legal peers and the regional franchise partners
• Conducting training sessions for regional staff
Your profile
You have a high education with particular mention to law topics. Moreover, you offer:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience or knowledge related to franchising law
• Full proficiency in English; German is a strong plus
• Highly motivated and proactive person with positive attitude and hands-on approach
• People-oriented mindset and team spirit with ability to work autonomously and learning from others
