About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving the digital transformation of Asset Management! The role focuses on supporting various transformation initiatives (e.g. organizational design, learning and upskilling) and leading communication of these within Asset Management. You will join our diverse team in Zurich and collaborate with colleagues from New York, London, and Bratislava.

In particular you will:

• Support the team on driving the digital transformation for Asset Management with a primary focus on Asset Management IT


• Contribute hands-on to key transformation initiatives for AM IT:


• Organize Quarterly Business Planning and Review sessions


• Lead quarterly collection analysis of Asset Management and Swiss Re Group partner feedback (NPS, satisfaction rate etc.)


• Support teams to increase their level of agility


• Bring in innovative ideas to the transformation roadmap


• Lead and coordinate transformation related communication across teams, product owners, and scrum masters


• Support the organization and facilitation of Asset Management's strategic steering body of technology and analytics


• Provide Business Management services to Asset Management COO Management and support on ad-hoc requests (e.g. create presentations for management meetings, steering boards, etc.)


• Create and articulate content for communication related to Asset Management and Innovation for key clients and partners


• Engage with users in communities and increase user engagement on all platforms


• Support organization of events and conferences

About the Team

With more than USD 120 billion of assets under management, Swiss Re Asset Management handles the assets generated through the core insurance and reinsurance business.

Our department is working out of four main locations spread around the globe and is running in an agile fashion without traditional hierarchies. The strategy and transformation team is located in Zurich as well as Bratislava and supports the Head of AM IT and the AM COO on strategic topics as well as hands-on delivery of transformation initiatives.

About You

• You are doing your Master or PhD studies in a domain related to business administration / management, ideally with a focus on organizational development, innovation, or change management


• You are passionate about organizational development and have ideally gained first insights in this field


• You have strong analytical skills and are eager to apply your knowledge in the world of financial services


• You have outstanding verbal and written English language skills, editing, and proof-reading, ideally multi-lingual (German is a plus)


• You have a strategic mind, are keen to make a difference that counts, are willing to propose creative ideas and put yourself out there for them


• You drive progress independently, thrive in an environment where you have room to grow and perform and you love working in a team


• You are well organized and get things done


• You are excellent in Powerpoint and able to transfer complex content into simple messages


• Ideally you have a basic understanding about financial services and how technology is affecting the industry
