About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving the digital transformation of Asset Management! The role focuses on supporting various transformation initiatives (e.g. organizational design, learning and upskilling) and leading communication of these within Asset Management. You will join our diverse team in Zurich and collaborate with colleagues from New York, London, and Bratislava.
With more than USD 120 billion of assets under management, Swiss Re Asset Management handles the assets generated through the core insurance and reinsurance business.
Our department is working out of four main locations spread around the globe and is running in an agile fashion without traditional hierarchies. The strategy and transformation team is located in Zurich as well as Bratislava and supports the Head of AM IT and the AM COO on strategic topics as well as hands-on delivery of transformation initiatives.
