For our Compliance Wealth Management team in Geneva we ar looking for a proactive Senior Compliance Officer 100%.

Your opportunity

• General legal advice for front units related to Money Laundering Act (GwG) issues


• Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, and directives as well as conducting compliance trainings


• Interfacing and coordinating inquiries and clarifications with front units


• Substantive appraisal and verification of new openings focusing on money laundering, KYC, and documentary information


• Conducting regular checks and checks in a broader sense in the AML division as situations require


• Clarifications related to possible MROS suspicious activity reports, preparing and writing MROS suspicious activity reports, and handling related official inquiries


• Support with AML projects and internal investigations


• Conducting cross-border checks, MiFID II checks, client journal checks, etc.

 

You bring

• Completed university degree in Swiss law


• Multiple years of banking experience is mandatory as well as at least five years of professional experience as a compliance officer at a bank or in a similar expert position


• Very good knowledge of AML Wealth Management


• Excellent French, German and English skills

• Able to work independently and to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
