Stellenbeschreibung


We are looking to add a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual to join as a legal structurer to our alternative investments structuring team focused on providing investment solutions to institutional and private banking clients. In this position you will be a part of a local and larger international team, covering a broad range of alternative asset classes (e.g. hedge funds, alternative risk premia, insurance-linked securities, private markets and multi-alternatives solutions) and traditional asset classes (e.g. equities and fixed income) as well as various types of investment vehicles (mainly AIFs and UCITS). You will participate in the lifecycle management of investment programs, ensuring the on-time, high-quality execution of program launches, maintenance and restructurings. We expect that you will not only provide legal support as required but will assume a broader role in participating in and leading fund structuring projects, directly contributing to the development and strengthening of our program offering.


As legal structurer/counsel, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:



  • Taking legal responsibility for fund program launches, maintenance and restructurings, including solution development, offering documentation drafting, contract negotiation and regulatory submissions.



  • Maintaining an in depth knowledge of key legal and regulatory areas across a broad spectrum, from Liechtenstein AIFMD, UCITSD and other EEA aspects, issues around the cross-border distribution/marketing of investment products, through to the regulatory environment, in order to ensure that:

    • existing platforms can respond quickly and pragmatically to new challenges

    • an excellent overall understanding of the international regulatory framework is available to maximize our responsiveness to client needs; and

    • effective monitoring is carried out to safeguard ongoing compliance on product and management company level.




  • Providing pragmatic solutions to a variety of legal questions such as corporate and contract law.


Unsere Anforderungen



  • University graduate in Law with excellent academic credentials;

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a strong grasp of the legal aspects of product structuring

  • In-depth understanding of relevant legislation, particularly Liechtenstein AIFMD and UCITSD.

  • Analytical, negotiation and project management skills.

  • Proactive, dynamic and results-oriented personality.

  • Detail-oriented; high levels of accuracy in execution.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Creativity, ability to find solutions.

  • A desire to learn about alternative investment markets and experience new challenges in investment solutions that will complement your legal expertise.

  • Highly organized.

  • German (mother tongue) and English (fluent).
