We are looking for a Lean Leader (m/f/d) to work with our expert cross functional team. Do you have a passion for Supply chain / Engineering ? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Serve as a recognized continuous process improvement expert


• Support DBS (Danaher Business System) / Lean tools deployment on site


• Drive the continuous improvement culture : educate & empower people on Lean/DBS tools


• Drive / Facilitate workouts, value stream mapping sessions and activities to achieve business results


• Manage value streams as driver of continuous improvement project to exceed customer expectations


• As lean expert support the transfer of production from Eysins site to the new facility nearby


• As lean expert support critical NPI’s design transfer activities (DFM, DFS, 3P…)


• Ability to drive cross-functional activities & results.

Who you are

• Demonstrated solid performance, leadership and experience in lean


• Proven experience in influencing, leading teams and driving change


• Proven experience on project management & in the supply chain


• Hands-on person


• Customer-focused person


• Strong analytical and quantitative skills / statistically literate


• Familiar with analytic tools (such as six Sigma)


• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience


• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills


• Executive level presentation skills
