Introduction

Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks

GeneralMission

Unilabs is performing several transformation projects to become the leader in diagnostics in Switzerland. One key part is the order-to-cash process currently managed in different departments and leading to several inefficiencies. The role is for someone senior who can understand the current situation (AS-IS), lead a team to define the To-Be situation and drive the transformation project until successful completion.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• You will act as a liaison between the different stakeholders, internal and external (including a process-reengineering consultancy), operation, finance and IT people of different seniority level.


• You will lead an inter-department project team to analyse, design the future solution and deliver the project. 


• The role requires a strong ability to facilitate business meeting, lead the team to define and deliver a new solution, and drive the necessary cultural change required by the transformation.

Your Profile

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German or French. Working proficiency level in the remaining language (French or German).


• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role either in consulting or in a mid-size company of defining new processes and implementing them.


• Experience in the healthcare industry.


• Expert at eliciting, writing and managing user requirements, documenting business processes and obtain buy-in and adherence to the defined operating procedures.


• Used to working with strong methodologies and very well structured.


• Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, lead a team.


• Must be savvy in technology and software.


• Master’s degree or equivalent.
