Responsibilities & Profile


Your contribution to KPMG



  • Coordinate, prepare, and proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, proposals and reports

  • Update, maintain customer relationship management databases and monitor statistics

  • Provide proactive billing and cash collection support

  • Be a point of contact for telephone calls and requests from our clients

  • Coordinate and ensure the exchange of information between the teams and the clients, including organization of ad hoc marketing events

  • Schedule meetings, organize and maintain calendars with the ability to understand and be able to manage/reschedule priorities effectively and proactively

  • Prepare meeting logistics, coordinate preparation and distribution of materials, record minutes (if needed) and maintain/monitor follow up task list to ensure timely completion

  • Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements for both domestic and international business travel

  • Act as an interface with other departments at KPMG


This is what makes you successful



  • CFC business diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position

  • Completely fluent in English and French, German is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading, suggesting alternatives and making modifications

  • Proven ability to deal with confidential/sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion

  • Highly tuned client relations skills and a focus on results with the ability to be proactive and anticipate client needs/problems and act accordingly.

  • Advanced skills with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint...)

  • Well-organized, multi-tasking, autonomous, proactive, flexible and stress resistant

  • A positive and friendly attitude, client- oriented and are able to initiate and build relationships

Our Indirect Tax team engages in a variety of challenges in the area of Indirect Tax including Swiss and International VAT, customs, excise duties and environmental taxes. We advise our clients concerning their organization, the value chain and the processes. A particular focus is the interfaces between the Indirect Tax function and the enterprise technology both from a forward-looking (e.g. configuration, customization and optimization) and a backward looking (e.g. data analytics) perspective.
