You are responsible for the internal and external communication strategy including the development of the BUCHI brand. Working in a small team in a very hands-on manner, you also execute various communication tasks for the entire organization like internal news and corporate texts.

Main tasks are:

• Plan internal and external company communication channels


• Manage the BUCHI brand


• Develop the CD together with Head of Marketing and Design


• Manage the design/branding support of market organizations


• Collaborate with other departments to deliver and develop our employee magazine


• Manage and optimize translation processes


• Build a BUCHI terminology


• Edit various corporate texts such as the BUCHI Value Book or the Annual Report


• Support the Executive Management and the CEO in editing announcements etc.

Your ideal profile is:

• A degree in communication, public relations or similar


• 5+ years of experience as corporate communication manager


• Ability to organize, multi‐task and work independently on several projects


• Motivated to work in a startup-like environment with collaborative management in an international team


• Fluent in English (team language) and German (native language)


• Very good writing skills in German and English


• Good knowledge of digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, etc.


• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and in creating PowerPoint presentations


• A good eye for design
