SENIOR MANAGER SAP FUNCTIONAL FICO

GENERAL SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Finance and Controlling (FICO) Functional Senior Manager to join our EMEA headquarter.

He/She will be accountable to support design, build and implementation of solutions in the Finance and Controlling area as well as it’s interaction with SAP. He/She will be the main stakeholder for our EMEA Finance management team.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Designing SAP functional solution, including configuration, and functional design


• Translate business requirements into specific application or process designs covering both functional and non-functional aspects


• Participate in design activities, from fit/gap analysis to application and/or process design specification


• Collaborate with the supervisor, business and integration partners to ensure right solution is designed and deployed


• Participate, as necessary, in training, system setup, testing, documentation and maintenance support activities


• When required, analyse changes necessary to the solution triggered by changes in business requirements, processes or technical requirements, develop options to incorporate the changes and take/facilitate the appropriate decisions


• Lead quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, and design documents


• Act as a center of expertise, staying abreast of developments in the SAP space and continually upgrading functional knowledge


• Independently lead or execute assignments and projects reporting into his/her supervisors


• Act day by day as a main stakeholder with the EMEA Finance management team


• Deal with the Global structure

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 8+ years of experience in the technology profession focused on FICO design and its interaction with ERP systems


• Experience in implementing medium/large projects, and designing and configuring to meet business requirements


• Experience in working with business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design


• Proven ability to translate business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities


• Manage change even in times of uncertainty Excellent communication skills with people in different roles and seniority


• Perseverant, curious, open mind person, willing to grow up in a fast-growing environment


• Excellent written and oral communications in English


• Experience working with technical architects and developers on technical design and development


• Ability to interact with business leadership


• Experience of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, TR), SAP CO, SAP PS


• Knowledge of SAP SD, MM modules


• Knowledge on EDI flows


• Knowledge of Simple Finance and FMS


• Experience in the fashion/apparel/footwear industry will be considered as a plus
