Stellenbeschreibung

Ensure investor accounts are in compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") requirements and regulations and company AML policies and procedures;

Prepare AML checklists;

Monitoring investor base in existing funds;

Handling day-to-day investor operations related requests in a professional and prompt manner, coordinating with both internal and external parties and escalating where appropriate;

Aligning closely with external transfer agents and in general supporting the co-operation with our external service providers;

Preparing and updating fund legal documents;

Coordinating and resolving both internal and external queries and executing various types of AML related documentations;

Supporting the team in various ongoing projects, particularly in terms of process enhancements and system developments.

Unsere Anforderungen

Swiss KV degree (or equivalent);

At least 3 years´ experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management;

Excellent verbal and written language skills, both in English and German is essential;

Strong interest in investments and investor operations;

High level of initiative and attention to detail, with a clear focus on client-service and discretion;

Efficient, accurate and reliable working style, flexible and able to work under pressure.
