Stellenbeschreibung

As IT Support Specialist you are responsible for:

• Providing first level support by phone, e-mail or remotely;


• On-site support in Pfäffikon and Liechtenstein;


• Accurately categorizing and prioritizing incidents and service requests before dispatching to the appropriate team;


• Troubleshooting and resolving owned incidents and applying corrective actions;


• Escalating incidents or service requests when necessary and following-up on their progress;


• Installation and delivery of endpoint devices such as laptops, desktops and phones;


• Supporting infrastructure, workplace and operations teams.

Unsere Anforderungen

• Proven service and support expertise; experience in financial industry is a plus;


• Very good knowledge of Standard Microsoft products; Microsoft certifications are a plus;


• Customer facing, interaction skills, professional telephone manner and desk-side support;


• Commitment to service improvement with a customer focused attitude;


• Priority management skills;


• Excellent English oral and written communication skills, German is a plus;


• Educated to degree standards in IT.
