We help our partners from the FMCG and retail industry to get in contact with their current and future customers. We offer the most relevant native advertising platform to promote and introduce their products to our users at the right point in time – while planning and doing grocery shopping.

We founded Bring! 2015 as a team we grew to over 25 employees located in Zurich and Berlin. It is our belief that by understanding and respecting the needs of our users and our business partners we can build a unique shopping companion of high value for all parties involved. Starting from zero we have built a multi-million Swiss Franc business enabling our partners to market their products to their desired customer segments. Our business teams in Switzerland and Germany work closely with international and local FMCG brands, retailers and media agencies. Through our unique technology and our targeted consumer reach we can offer highly relevant advertising formats with the goal to optimize the return on advertising spent for our partners.

Tasks
Job description and skills

As Head of Sales Switzerland you will have the opportunity to grow our advertising business, our commercial products and most importantly our team to the next stage. The role includes the following:

• You are responsible for all advertising sales activities and the 7-digits revenue objectives in Switzerland


• You will be serving our existing and new clients by identifying their needs, selling our advertising products and building a long term relation


• You will lead, coach and develop our sales and ad-operations team so that we achieve our ambitious objectives in the years to come


• You will coordinate and develop the business strategy with our management team in Switzerland and Germany

Requirements
At Bring! we have high ambitions and the vision to change the way our clients communicate to the consumers. In order to meet our expectations your skills and experience should look like the following:

• You have at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in the advertising/media agency industry, ideally serving clients form FMCG or Retail.


• You have worked in a sales role and you have an in-depth understanding of FMCG or Retail marketing


• You have experience in leading sales teams and motivating and coaching your direct reports to achieve their objectives.


• You are a strong hands-on professional with a positive can-do attitude and the willingness to grow personally


• You work very strategically, numbers-driven and focused.


• You hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science or Marketing


• You are fluent in both written and spoken English, German. French is a plus.


• You live in Switzerland or Germany and qualify for a Swiss working permit
