The Digital Strategist will be working closely with the Business Units and the Digital Hub team to develop, drive and orchestrate the digital marketing campaigns. S(he) has extensive experience across the full range of digital marketing and communications strategies, technologies and approaches incl. Web, Marketing Automation, social media, mobile media, SEM, digital promotions and digital content.
You must be strategically minded and possess the ability to use data and customer insights to make sound decisions about end-user experiences, channel optimization, digital content development and distribution, and ongoing optimization. You will also coach business units to help framing personas and effective customer journey to deliver the right message and service.
You can also manage the implementation of digital campaigns related to the omnichannel strategy, ensuring best in class execution and project management.
The Digital Marketing Strategist must have a proven enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation, combined with a sound understanding of consumers, emerging technologies and targeted marketing.
A Day in the Life
We offer a position where you’ll be in charge of:
• Define, develop and guide the implementation and optimization of innovative digital marketing and communications projects within various business units
• Design with the business stakeholders the optimized digital customer journeys, understand the marketing funnel and develop the best type of campaign (e.g. lead generation, awareness, marketing events such as congress or webinars, etc.)
• Manage an editorial calendar, facilitate business units campaign governance to ensure smooth campaign orchestration
• Support the business to develop personas in the context of the digital experience, customer journey map touchpoints through analytics data, user interviews and workshops
• Work with the analytics team to develop appropriate measurement to continuously optimize active digital programs to achieve key performance indicators.
• Advise and consult on the generation, refinement, and distribution of high impact digital content in an integrated, omni-channel approach across all customer touch points.
• Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
• Develop digital presence to increase business priorities such as
o Generate sales leads through personalized e-mail and social media campaigns
o Drive qualititative call to action on digital touchpoints to trigger online training
• Measure, analyze and improve the conversion of the journeys through analytics
• Tech-Savyy to take into consideration the internal capabilities (tools, content, data)
• Work with the digital delivery team to build the outcomes on our digital touchpoints
Must Haves
• Strong experience in digital advertising and demand generation activities. Experience with digital marketing channels such as emailing, SEA, SEO, social media, programmatic, influence, etc.
• Excellent track record and understanding of all digital channels, development and execution of complex digital marketing strategies
• Strong understanding on how to develop a multi-channel plan combined with excellence in the digital execution of awareness campaigns
• Experience in Analytics (preferably Adobe & Google Analytics) and campaign performance
• Ability to manage creative and technical teams and agencies for asset conception and implementation (landing page, email, ads, etc.)
• Ability to repurpose content for various digital channels
• Adept at understanding how to leverage data to create meaningful insights (e.g. CRM Salesforce database)
• A thorough understanding of personas, customer journey maps, marketing segmentation, and rules-based communications to better serve the various audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology, and/or related field of study
• Fluent in English

• Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua)
• Experience in Account Based Marketing
• Experience in Web Content Management Solution (e.g. Adobe,…)
