For one of our clients in the Romandie the French speaking part of Switzerland, in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a Desktop Systems Specialist who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Your Responsiblities
As a Desktop Systems Specialists you provide technical support for network infrastructure and desktop systems (software and hardware). You also provide in remote users based in Europe. You prepare PC for new employees. You maintain networks, telephone systems. You identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications.
Your Profile
Bachelor's in IT At least 1 year experience of desktop support Windows XP, 7 and 10 Microsoft Office SCCM VMWare TCP/IP Security and data privacy principles Hardware Active Directory French and English fluent. German a plus Travel once a month (France and Switzerland)
