To enable this, we are looking for a curious, determined and high performing individual to join our team as the Digital and IT Solutions Lead for our EAME business who will push hard for breakthroughs that help propel the company forward to sustainably feed the ca. 8bn people on the planet.   

In this role you will create Digital and IT solutions in partnership with our Crop Protection business enabling us to be more productive, solve problems for our customers and enable new business opportunities. 

This role can be based in various locations within western Europe with an expectation of business travel.  

Accountabilities 

Deliver tangible improvements to business outcomes in partnership with Commercial Leaders across the region by: 

  • Developing technology roadmaps with Business Units that underpin their strategy, driving implementation with internal and external teams to support business growth 

  • Looking across Business Units identifying and connecting opportunities across EAME and other Regions to collaborate, develop and share technology solutions 

  • Collaborating with EAME business teams in their use of technology to make core business more productive, solve problems and enable new opportunities  

  • Identifying business requirements, developing solutions including technology, data, processes, resources and delivering either directly or indirectly 

  • Working with Global Digital and IT and Business Units,  developing products to bring solutions that solve the biggest challenges for our growers and create opportunities for our Commercial teams 

  • Managing EAME technology solutions throughout their life-cycle in close collaboration with global Digital and IT pillars 

  • Working collaboratively across the Global Digital and IT organization to ensure EAME business needs are prioritised appropriately and resources and plans are aligned to deliver 

  • Leading a team of 5-10 direct reports to continuously grow, develop and be successful 

 

Qualifications

 Knowledge and Experience 

  • IT related degree or equivalent job related experience 

  • Broad technology know-how in multiple business domains 

  • Experience in similar roles e.g. Digital / IT consulting / Business Partner, in multinational / matrix organisations partnering with senior stakeholders at regional and global levels 

  • Experience of delivering complex, business critical Digital / IT projects in agile and waterfall 

  • Leading teams across multiple locations
