UX Writer (w/m/d)

This is what we expect:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
Experience working on content aimed at users in Switzerland
Experience in editorial, marketing, or UX/UI writing
UX writing and/or technical writing experience, with a focus on writing for mobile interfaces
Excellent analytic, critical, and rhetorical skills. Working languages: Swiss German (mandatory) and English, (French is a big plus
Your Qualifications
Experience leading large, complex content strategies for end-to-end user experiences, from notifications to structuring content in the UI
Experience partnering with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and localization
Experience creating word lists, style guidelines and conducting writing research or experiments
Ability to partner across functional lines to craft content and UX experiences that drive business goals and exceed user expectations
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
Pitch, create, and curate writing guidelines that scale quality writing
Partner with Eng and Localization to scale quality translations, writing tools, and processes. Provide accessibility support. Lead UXW projects, and grow the discipline of UX writing at Migros Food Online.
