Sherpany`s mission is to give back time by turning formal meetings from time-wasters into value-creators. Our team is building a mobile and web-based platform that allows effective decision making by digitally transforming meetings and decision making processes. In cutting administrative, organizational and repetitive work Sherpany`s platform is actively sparing resources like paper, shipping, and transportation. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Milan, and Wroclaw.


Your mission:


In this role, you will work with the cross-functional team in charge of all the aspects related to meetings as part of Sherpany’s platform and be the link to internal stakeholders and our customers and users. Together with the VP of Product and the other POs you execute the product vision setting objectives and developing an aligned product roadmap. You define, prioritize and manage the ideation, roadmap and communication of everything related to meetings in the Sherpany platform. Furthermore, you constantly analyze the enterprise market and its users, validate requests of our customers, pay attention to competitors and work with Sherpany yourself to improve the product and prioritize what to work on


Your profile:



  • You have several years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or Tech Start-Up environment

  • You have a data-driven mindset; you define, monitor and improve outcomes that reflect the success of the product

  • You have sound knowledge of Agile & Scrum principles

  • You have outstanding communication skills across all stakeholders and the ability to motivate and transmit vision

  • You are an analytical and solution-oriented person with good organizational and presentation skills

  • You have an understanding of formal meetings and enterprise requirements
