Marketing and Consumer Insights Manager
At Sonova Audiological Care (AC) we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers.
You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function, which is located across different countries. This specific position will be located in Steinhausen (Switzerland).

The Audiological Care (AC) Global Marketing and Omnichannel department is responsible for developing and implementing a state of the art customer (i.e. end-consumer) journey supporting both digital and physical touchpoints. The department comprises domain experts in Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics.

We are looking for a professional with hands-on / rooted in reality expertise, that is able to transform the insights gained into concrete actions & plans proposals. This position works in close collaboration with our agency partners and other cross-functional teams to manage integrated campaigns, measure impact and communicate progress.

Your tasks



  • Manage the development and global delivery of Audiological Care market researches

  • Develop and drive strategic multi-channel campaigns that are compelling and truly engage audiences

  • Undertake marketing initiatives to support group companies achieving business targets

  • Positioning and brand building - globally

  • Global communication and content strategy

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities

  • Analyze, measure and report performance of global and local campaigns along KPIs

  • Monitor, collect and support the optimization on return on marketing investment (ROMI) reporting across all campaign activities and channels

  • Travel requirement limited

Your profile



  • Master degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent in related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role (ideally in an international environment and in a related industry) – FMCG or Retail background is a plus

  • Experience in market research on the agency and/or client side is a prerequisite

  • Proficient in content marketing and digital marketing (social media, analytics) is nice to have

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken) – Fluency in German or other language is nice to have
