At Sonova Audiological Care (AC) we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers. You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function, which is located across different countries. This specific position will be located in Steinhausen (Switzerland). The Audiological Care (AC) Global Marketing and Omnichannel department is responsible for developing and implementing a state of the art customer (i.e. end-consumer) journey supporting both digital and physical touchpoints. The department comprises domain experts in Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics. We are looking for a professional with hands-on / rooted in reality expertise, that is able to transform the insights gained into concrete actions & plans proposals. This position works in close collaboration with our agency partners and other cross-functional teams to manage integrated campaigns, measure impact and communicate progress. | |
