Electrical Project Engineer

We are looking for a self-motivated and target oriented employee for our R&D department in the field of plastic materials and testing.

Responsibilities

• Development of new solutions together with product management


• Project management and execution in the area of systems engineering and interactive belts


• Project lead in the design of test benches related to signal processing or industrial vision


• Machine controls design, PLC programming, hardware parts definition (motors, drives, sensors, etc.)


• Validation documentation for new and existing equipment


• Support of customers on-site during the implementation of new solutions


• Upgrade and development of non-standard test equipment

Profile

• Master or Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics or physical engineering; comparable education levels are welcome


• Experience in electrical engineering, industrial automation and process control


• Experience in PLC programming, BUS systems, motors and frequency converters


• Good know-how in the field of sensors in general and vision sensors in particular is a plus


• Very good English skills; German is a plus


• Experienced in use of CAE tools (EPLAN) and MS Office; SAP know how is of advantage


• Hands-on personality, capable of taking initiative and working autonomously


• Problem-solving mentality, creativity and innovative
