Inside Sales IT and Software

You will join a team of five Inside Sales colleagues in Morges (Tolochenaz). Since we're growing really fast, we've already prepared your new desk and are waiting to meet you soon!

The role

• Contact with current customers on a daily basis


• Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers


• Work collaboratively with assigned Account Managers to develop an overall account plan


• Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships


• Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through ongoing training with software publishers


• Ensure accurate customer on-boarding 


• Drive proactive renewals and overall opportunity management

What we need to see from you

• 1-3 years professional sales experience preferred but not required


• Customer service experience within the IT industry preferred


• Fluent in French and good English language skills


• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit


• Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks


• General understanding of technology solutions


• Knowledge with Microsoft’s licensing programs and product stack is a plus
