We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager Mechatronics (m/f) with excellent people management skills to manage a team of cca. fifteen engineers who are working in a two daily shifts.
Project Manager Mechatronics (m/f)
Ensuring smooth lean manufacturing processes, continuous improvement processes and delivery on time
Managing a team of engineers in terms of budgeting, trainings and performance
Coordinating various activities with internal departments (sales department, logistics, quality, production, etc.)
Creating customer values by understanding the requirements and the constraints and bring them together
Monitoring the sampling activities compared to delivery planning and quality control requests in order to ensure sample delivery on time
Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of trust through facilitation of retrospectives and feedback exchange among team members
Executing trainings and workshops to further develop the lean culture in the department
Project Manager Mechatronics (m/f)
Technical University Degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Process Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
Work experience in a leadership position in the manufacturing industrial field
Strong knowledge of mechatronic manufacturing and / or assembly as well as lean tools and methodologies
Strong knowledge in SAP and Excel
People management experience is a must criterium
Fluent in German and English
Knowledge of metallic manufacturing steps and procedures is a great advantage
Excellent leadership style and team building skills
Positive work attitude and willingness to go extra mile
Excellent communication skills and time management
Focused on achieving high quality in all aspects of a team activities
Highly organized, accurate and structured working style
Self-driving personality and interested in supporting development of engineers
Able to propose new ideas and question existing approaches for the technical and functional improvements
