Create and update the technical documentation for our products in English, as well as managing this documentation and its translations.
Gather information from all persons involved with the products: development engineers, product manager, maintenance technicians, etc.
Write all texts and make the corresponding illustrations needed : texts written on Madcap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker; illustrations with Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent); images: mainly extracted from 3D softwares: Solidworks Composer (or Solidworks); photos with the use of Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent).
Your Profile
Technical diploma (electromechanical) without specific degree.
An electro-mechanical background is required.
Fluent in English and French.
Knowledge of HTML languages would be appreciated and helpful for the introduction of these documents into our new e-learning program.
Ability to work in relative autonomy, open minded, curious about communication technologies.
