The offered position is within the Planning & Cost Control Section. The successful candidate will be part of an existing group of experienced persons and will be responsible for planning, controlling and reporting activities for specific projects, according to Casale and Client procedures.
The main duties will be:
• Coordination of internal & subcontractors project control activities
• Preparation of detailed project cost, schedule and resource time-distributed budgets
• Monitoring of project progress, schedule updating, at completion costs and schedule analysis using EVMS
• Analysis of critical activities and schedule deviation/slippage, including proposal and preparation of dedicated recovery plans
• Preparation of internal & client reporting
• Good team-player
• Ability to build relationships
• Great communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic and international environment
• A minimum of 10 years work experience as Planner or Project Control Engineer in an EPC company operating in chemical, petrochemical or oil&gas sector
Good practical experience in using following software:
• Primavera P6 EPPM
• Microsoft Project
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• SAP
