Currently we are looking for an individual to join our team in Liesberg/BL as


 Team Lead Analytical Transfer


In this role you will be responsible to lead the AS&T team and activities within Acino Pharma AG, to meet the needs of the business and achieve compliance according to cGMPs and applicable guidelines and normatives.


Major Accountabilities:



  • Provide leadership to the AS&T team

  • Plan, initiate, monitor and follow up of method developments and optimizations

  • Lead method validations and transfers with external laboratories

  • Investigate OOS/ OOEs and identify and execute preventive and corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and GMP requirements and internals SOPs

  • Ensure all methods used in QC department are validated and transferred

  • Keep the validation master plan for analytical methods and for cleaning validation and all relevant SOPs up to date

  • Support all other QC teams in solving analytical problems

  • Keep control of the relevant cost center and monitor the expenses needed


Your Profile:



  • University degree in natural sciences and proven experience in analytical chemistry

  • Proven experience in chemical method development, validation and transfer

  • GMP expertise and sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirement

  • Proficient English and German skills, both oral and written

  • Experience with MS Office, SAP and LIMS

  • High reliability and flexibility with good communication skills

  • Critical thinking and problem solving mindset
