  • A challenging position within Global Real Estate, one of the largest European property fund managers with successful track record in global direct real estate investments. We offer comprehensive and tailor-made solutions and innovative products for institutional-, UHNWI- and retail clients.

  • Responsibility for the Asset Management of a core to value-add real estate portfolio located in Germany and other selected European countries

  • Duty to proactively guide and control external service providers such as property managers, leasing agents, development managers, advisors and JV partners

  • Budget responsibility on property and portfolio level

  • Drafting and executing development, property and leasing strategies with the goal to enhance property values and secure stable and sustainable cash-flows

  • Key Tenant Management

  • Responsibility to manage lease negotiation processes

  • Initiation and monitoring of refurbishments and capital expenditure projects

  • Active risk management and responsibility for the data quality delivered from our external service providers

  • Performing commercial due diligences and supporting during the acquisition process

You Offer

 



  • Are you a dedicated and highly motivated individual who establishes effective relationships with key partners and can make things happen? Then, join us to develop our business and expand the frontier of modern Asset Management.

  • You have a  (university) degree or equivalent, preferably in Real Estate Management/Economics or as Architect, Civil Engineer with additional training in Real Estate

  • Several years of experience in the real estate industry and preferably the asset management of also value-add properties

  • Experience in developing and executing strategies for the repositioning of properties

  • Experience in lease negotiations

  • Basic knowledge of technical installations

  • Able to display high levels of creativity, attention to details and initiative and proven ability to produce results in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent team-skills and willingness to constantly improve processes, templates and introduce new possible solutions within a growing environment

  • Readiness to travel

  • Experience of managing projects in a JV structure is of an advantage

  • You are fluent in German and English. Additional European languages are of an advantage.
