We Offer

 

  • An exciting and meaningful role as a Compliance Officer covering the Fund Management and Control Review Group of Asset Management Switzerland

  • Provide oversight and control over compliance and regulatory risks 

  • Advise on Governance related topics of the organization or products

  • Protect the interests of the investors with respect to conflict of interest and fair conduct of business activities 

  • Advise in prevention and mitigation of compliance breaches 

  • Maintain, oversee, develop and execute the compliance program (incl. policies, training, monitoring and enforcement)

  • Promote compliance and set standards by advising and assisting the Management and its employees in their day to day business activities

  • Monitor business activities based on regular and ad-hoc compliance risk assessments 

  • Conduct Testing of Business areas (e.g. Desk or Thematic Reviews)

  • Interaction with several internal and external stakeholders such as portfolio management, risk management, internal and external audit

  • Bank apprenticeship or a college/university degree in law or economics

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in the Asset Management, Investment Fund or Management Company area 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective interpersonal, organizational, communication and coordination skills

  • Advanced MS Office skills
