In this exciting role you will represent the La Prairie Retail Academy through the development and implementation of brand, product and skills training materials and tools for all types of training channels (presential, printed, digital).


 


Your Responsibilities


Training & Education Programs Development:



  • Creates and implements training and development programmes according to Education Strategy defined by Global Education & Training Director

  • Defines and writes content and produces product and la Prairie Retail Academy training materials and tools on Selling- and Training Techniques, Retail Metrics, Skincare and Complexion Knowledge and Product application rituals for all channels of training (classroom, in-store, digital etc.)

  • Searches for new forms and channels of training & education (presential, digital etc.)

  • Ensures that company guidelines and standards are maintained in all forms of training and training communications.

  • Updates training programmes and tools based on brand and education strategy and market needs.

  • Evaluates and monitors effectiveness of trainings


Education Strategy roll-out:



  • Participates actively in identifying global training needs to define global education strategy

  • Researches, develops and implements new and innovative training methods and materials.

  • Participates actively in rolling out the Retail Academy in the markets


Collaboration:



  • Works closely with brand development, science, communication/PR, digital and CRM to ensure consistent product, market and client focus.

  • Participates actively in 360 marketing meetings and builds value of go-to-market programmes

  • Works with internal studio on design of training assets: briefs precisely the studio team on the need for each asset/project

  • Searches for external consultants/providers who have specific knowledge in one of the above Retail Academy programmes or in new training channels

  • Builds strong relationships with the regional and country trainers


Organisation:



  • Respects budgets assigned to specific projects by Global Education & Training Director

  • Follows up own T&E and project budget and updates Education & Training Director on a regular basis

  • Respects timelines and defines retro-planning for training programmes development until delivery to market.


Presentations:



  • Conducts a variety of in-person trainings and presentations

  • Takes actively part in Train the Trainer seminars on products and Retail Academy programmes


 


Your Profile:



  • Bachelor/Master degree and 6+ years of related experience in education/training within the beauty industry

  • Demonstrated experience with instructional design and writing training content (must have)

  • Solid knowledge in skin care science

  • English first language or bi-lingual (must have)

  • You show enthusiasm, commitment, creativity, and a positive attitude
