We Offer

 

• The opportunity to join our team as Technical Domain Architect (TDA) where you will be responsible for the architectural support of the Service Management product/tool suite.


• You will work closely with various partners and systems and provide support and guidance in the ongoing enhancement of the products & tools to facilitate and support maturing operational and commercial processes.


• You will provide end to end product architecture to ensure the detailed design and development remains consistent


• Part of your responsibilities are to identify issues between the strategic architecture and vendor solution implementation and come up with solutions to implement and migrate strategies that reduce risk for the platform and organization


• You will advise and guide in Technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, Enterprise Architecture, and software development and coding


• Document reference architectures, design patterns


• Work with the TSRM Process Owners to understand workflow process and translate designs to prototypes and perform solution walkthroughs with Process Owner(s) and testing team/s


• Provide a GAP Technical Evaluation of requested functionality and OOB (out of the box) functionality


• Evaluate new features and new capabilities to align to organizational and transformation needs

You Offer

 

•  


• Higher degree (bachelor) in Computer Science or equivalent work experience


• SME in ServiceNow in addition to having 5+ years’ of platform experience


• Knowledge and understanding of software architecture principles as they apply to solution and application architectures, specifically for portals, web sites and systems integration projects


• Thorough understanding of ITIL and common IT Service Management processes


• Relevant certifications such as System Administrator, implementation specialist and Application Developer in addition to general experience with ServiceNow


• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. German is a plus


• Positive attitude, flexibility, curiosity and interest in working in a fast-paced environment with focus on improvement


• Ability to empathize, quickly gain trust and build up effective relationships with IT vendors and seniority levels


• Ownership and accountability belong to your DNA. You are able to prioritize and organize workload and resolve complex problems and bring a positive personality and can-do attitude
