  • The opportunity to complement our team of highly motivated specialists in the dynamic ITS Platform Management team. Within International Trading Solutions (ITS), we are the central link between various internal business partners and the ITS technology department. Our team is the product manager of risk management systems, risk services, and legal documentation systems in ITS Fixed Income & Wealth Management Product (FI & WMP) space.

  • In this key role, your main focus will be on both client/counterparty portfolio risk management topics and credit exposure calculations - acting as the main interface between the Front Office and the teams responsible for Credit Risk Management business and technology transformation.

  • You have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Trading desks, Credit Risk Modelling teams, Credit Risk Officers, IT, and CRO Change programs in defining and executing the ITS FI WMP business strategy. You will be responsible for defining business architecture, specifying business requirements, and for managing the technology developments.

  • You will work as a Subject Matter Specialist for Credit Risk Management aspects in ongoing Regulatory Change programs (e.g., IMM/SA-CCR, BCBS/IOSCO margin rules, FRTB CVA), in business transformation initiatives, and in a daily business (e.g., supporting xVA management, exposure calculations, credit risk management and limit monitoring).

You Offer

 

 



  • A university degree with strong technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics). An additional education degree (e.g., PhD, MBA, CFA) is a plus.

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles with a good understanding of market and credit risk management in derivatives and secured lending space as well as client/counterparty portfolio risk management and RWA/capital calculations.

  • You are passionate about financial markets/modelling, business transformation, technology and trading; if you have programming skills this would be a definite advantage.

  • You are a highly focused and committed person who has excellent analytical skills and loves working with a strong attention to detail in a demanding and exacting environment.

  • Prior experience with regulatory transformations or project management in the financial industry, agile software development and business architecture is an advantage.

  • Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, structured attitude and a strong sense of ownership describe your work ethics, attention to detail driving projects resolution.

  • Spoken and written proficiency in English. German skills is an asset.

  • Trustworthy, dedicated and committed problem solver who has strong conceptual and communication skills.
