Your responsibilities



  • Process Ownership SAP User Access Management

  • Responsibility for compliance and implementation of internal UAM controls

  • Coordination and support in the implementation of operational authorization management as well as the accompaniment of authorization audits in compliance with SOX and SOD regulations

  • Support in the creation of authorization concepts and roles development

  • Further development of the processes in authorization management and the underlying rules and regulations

  • Process support and optimization, new development and design of roles within the SAP ERP systems to be supported

  • Competent contact person and interface for the departments

  • Control and coordination of external service providers in the context of 1st and 2nd level support, implementation and project work

  • Active participation in innovative IT and SAP projects, from planning, coordination and implementation as well as the (partial) project management


Your background



  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, economics (or comparable)

  • Practical experience (consulting and support) in the SAP-ERP environment as well as practical experience in the conception of authorizations and operative user administration are desired; ideally paired with knowledge of SAP GRC and XITING Xams

  • Knowledge of the security concept for SAP authorizations (Segregation of Duties) and relevant practical experience

  • Knowledge of authorization management in SAP S/4HANA with FIORI as well as basic knowledge of business process modeling (ITIL) and (IT) project management

  • Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation as well as working independent and self-reliant, combined with active teamwork and a result-oriented working method

  • Good knowledge of German and English
