Your responsibilities
Process Ownership SAP User Access Management
Responsibility for compliance and implementation of internal UAM controls
Coordination and support in the implementation of operational authorization management as well as the accompaniment of authorization audits in compliance with SOX and SOD regulations
Support in the creation of authorization concepts and roles development
Further development of the processes in authorization management and the underlying rules and regulations
Process support and optimization, new development and design of roles within the SAP ERP systems to be supported
Competent contact person and interface for the departments
Control and coordination of external service providers in the context of 1st and 2nd level support, implementation and project work
Active participation in innovative IT and SAP projects, from planning, coordination and implementation as well as the (partial) project management
Your background
Successfully completed studies in business informatics, economics (or comparable)
Practical experience (consulting and support) in the SAP-ERP environment as well as practical experience in the conception of authorizations and operative user administration are desired; ideally paired with knowledge of SAP GRC and XITING Xams
Knowledge of the security concept for SAP authorizations (Segregation of Duties) and relevant practical experience
Knowledge of authorization management in SAP S/4HANA with FIORI as well as basic knowledge of business process modeling (ITIL) and (IT) project management
Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation as well as working independent and self-reliant, combined with active teamwork and a result-oriented working method
