Your responsibilities:

• Independent coordination and management of purchasing initiatives in the areas of IT outsourcing & offshoring and business process outsourcing



• Control and execution of tenders (RFI, RFQ and RFP), in close cooperation with internal and external partners



• Preparation of contracts and coordination of commercial, technical and legal aspects with the relevant contact persons




• Independent negotiation and conclusion of national and international IT Outsourcing & Offshoring as well as Business Process Outsourcing contracts




• Collaboration in complex procurement projects in the area of IT Outsourcing & Offshoring and Business Process Outsourcing

Your profile:

• University degree in business administration or technology3 to 5 years of purchasing experience in an international group environment, ideally with reference to IT outsourcing & offshoring and BPO, ideally in the financial sector




• Relevant experience in the area of procurement / sourcing related to basic principles,contract law, negotiation, competitive situation etc.




• Affinity to information technology in the global corporate environment




• Service-oriented, assertiveness and negotiation skills




• Knowledge in dealing with procurement systems (SAP Ariba would be an advantage)




• Safe handling of MS Office




• Focus on ITO, BPO and IT Consulting Services Transactions
