Your responsibilities:

• Independent coordination and management of sourcing initiatives in IT hardware, software and cloud solutions in collaboration with the client


• Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure


• Pursue negotiation strategies and secure value adding deals


• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders


• Control and execution of tenders (RfX) in close cooperation with internal and external partners


• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking


• Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques


• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Your profile:

• University degree in business administration or technology


• 5-10 years IT sourcing experience with strong knowledge for software licensing models, Data Center Operations &Cloud Services: IaaS, SaaS, PaaS


• Service oriented mindset and ability to interact with senior stakeholders


• Ability to lead negotiations for large deals on the client’s behalf


• Experience with sourcing tools and processes


• Business fluency in German and English. French would be an advantage
