Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities at Sensirion are extremely varied and exciting. You develop the latest generation of sensor technology in interdisciplinary project teams and ensure successful industrialization. Your future colleague, Carlos (Senior Process Engineer), describes his day-to-day work below.
What are the specific tasks?
As a process engineer, I am responsible for developing new packaging concepts and processes and bringing them into production. This requires me to work closely with my colleagues upstream and downstream in the process chain. We are in daily contact, ensuring rapid feedback loops and continual improvements to processes and products. I am called in to help find solutions to production problems.
What are the daily challenges?
Our dynamic working environment demands pragmatism and flexibility. As a process engineer, I am the central link between the various technology groups and work at the interface between product development and production. Constant interaction with others and the need for high product quality, process stability and throughput are a part of my daily work.
