Full Stack Engineer
PXL Vision AG is a Swiss ETH spin-off founded by former key employees of Dacuda AG (sold to Magic
Leap). PXL’s Daego® - digital alter ego - is a scalable software platform for digital identity verification.
We enable the creation of trusted digital identities, helping businesses to reduce fraud, minimize the
cost of customer onboarding and increase sales conversion.
We have successfully launched our solutions in the Swiss market and are now expanding
internationally.
We are looking for a web developer to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
You will work on building the PXL Daego web platform using microservices architecture
You will implement, test and deliver new features within a cross-functional agile team
You challenge the status quo and continuously improve architecture, code and tools to ensure high
quality software delivery
Take responsibility and ownership for the solution, from development to delivery to operations in a
DevOps environment
Your Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, Web and UI trends
Experienced in Javascript, Typescript and Node.js
Experience or at least familiarity with UI/UX, good eye for visuals
Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue.js, ideally React
Experience with one or more programming languages Java, C++, Python
Experience with Linux administration and Database design and maintenance
Hands on experience designing and implementing RESTfull backend services
Practice in clean code, TDD, pair programming, CI/CD
Experience with agile methodologies and pronounced agile
Desire to build state-of-the-art, modern, high-performing web-applications
Good to have: experience with Open Source
A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
Fluency in English
