For our Group IT team we are looking for a dedicated personality as Salesforce Project Manager / Inhouse Consultant (f/m). The position encompasses the following main tasks:



  • Exciting and diversified working in global projects within a dynamic team and an innovative company, focusing on global implementation of Salesforce Solutions.

  • Leading and hosting change, development and roll-out projects regarding Salesforce.com.

  • Together we will define global standards and reflect different Sales and Marketing processes in a global template, always considering best practice approaches.

  • As a driver for innovation, you are in charge of new functional features and the continuous optimization of our CRM system (Salesforce.com) at dormakaba.

  • You operate as a communication channel to all relevant business and IT stakeholders.

  • You create training concepts to ensure global adaption und usage.

  • Projects like worldwide roll-outs and recurrent topics such as administration, customization, migration and 3rd level support.

  • You run analyses and reports to track project progress and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • You have got a university degree in (Business) Informatics or Economics or similar education. In addition, an excellent track record of at least two or three years of relevant work or project experience in a comparable position or as a consultant / freelancer.

  • Profound know-how of Force.com platform (Classic and Lightning) as well as solid experience with agile project methods (SCRUM, Prince 2) are taken for granted.

  • You can quickly capture abstract business requirements, create a tailored concept and turn it into a comprehensive and proper solution.

  • You are an ambitious team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness. At the same time, you are characterized by responsibility, proactive approach, autonomy and a good self- and time-management.

  • You have very good English skills thanks to your wide experience in international projects.

  • Travel willingness of up to 30% is present.
