Deine Aufgaben
Resolve user problems in realtime with a strong service ethos
Ensure data quality within the salesforce ecosystem
Support data migration and adherence to standards and exception processes
Proactively seek feedback from users and continuously improve their experience
Continuously improve workflow in alignment with the target business process
Collaborate with Tech department for all changes requiring code
Document and maintain Salesforce change decisions across business and tech
Support Product and Tech departments within transformation sprint testing and deployment
Anforderungen
Salesforce Administrator certification ADM 201 or higher preferred
3+ years of salesforce administration experience within Sales and Service Clouds
Experience in Marketing and Analytics Clouds is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team
Strong service ethos towards users
Excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilities
Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements
Knowledge of insurance or broker distribution a plus
