ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE MANUFACTURING


YOUR CHALLENGE You take care of winning one or two big target accounts and to growth existing clients in the industry sector. Review and define account strategy for your customers, use your network to acquire and build this into a long-term and partnership-based relationship. Act as Business Development Manager, find solutions for your customers, addressing their high targets and how you can support them to become better. Take care for the entire sales process including contract negotiations at all levels. Partnership and network with Channels and integration partners so that implementations function flawlessly. As a virtual CEO of your key account, you ensure profitability, sustainable support and qualitative development and expansion.


YOUR PROFILE You have an excellent education which allows you to understand customers business and operations. A couple of years’ experience in direct sales in one of the mentioned domains is the base to successfully sell this solution to answer complex customer environments. Working knowledge of BPM, CRM, Case Management Software or enterprise-wide specific solutions within a vertical market puts you in a game winning situation. You can visualize, and design transformational solutions based on customer business goals, new business models and disruptive digital technologies. Experience in negotiating, explore alternatives and positions and a strong communicator is needed. You are a problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize work. You are business fluent in English and German.
