We are looking for a highly motivated and well experienced Sales Support Professional who will help us to increase the sales of MV Drives. You will be responsible to determine the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare the technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process. Additionally, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area to support the sales organization globally. Your responsibilities

• Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers with regard to ABB products and systems.


• Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.


• Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs.


• Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries.


• Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.


• Offers product related training to both internal staff and customers.

Your background

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, 3+ years of experience in this field


• Deep knowledge of drive technology


• Fluency in English and German (negotiation level)


• Self-motivated personality


• Team player with intercultural competence


• Willingness to travel occasionally
