You will join our development team in the full stack implementation and delivery of our private banking software, quantitative tools and services for our clients in the financial sector.
Your main tasks will be to define, develop and test high quality features along with the team and contribute in software design, code delivery and maintenance. Your responsibility includes adding new features to our products and prototypes or realize reusable user interfaces according to client requirements, as well as contributing to the development and deployment process.
We expect the successful candidate to possess technical capabilities, as well as solid IT and programming know-how. In addition, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
Excellent computer programming skills, particularly in core Java, multithreading, system design
Knowledge of most (but not necessarily all) of these concepts and technologies:
- Messaging, JMS
- Guice/Spring
- DBMS (MySQL, Oracle), Hibernate
- Docker
- Web programming (Java Web Frameworks, HTTP, REST, HTML, Javascript)
University degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering or Applied Sciences
Minimum basic knowledge of banking processes is a plus
Language skills: English (professional proficiency) and German (working proficiency) is a plus
Effective project management and time management skills
Eligible to live and work in Switzerland
