Quality Management Specialist (Document Control) temporary 1 year (f/m) 100%
Your responsibilities
Performs the assigned tasks in the Document Control Group autonomously in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
Supports the process owner.
Develops, implements and maintains the QMS processes in archiving
Coordinates and reviews change requests
Informs the organization on ongoing changes
Reports on the process performance
Your qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a document control role in a regulated environment (life sciences, food or aeronautic industry)
Medical Device experience in an international company strongly preferred
Experience with electronic document management system preferred
Fluent oral and written in English and German (>= C1 level)
Proficient user of MS Offic applications , Word in particular
Excellet organizational skills
Works well cross functionally with different levels of employees, takes initiative, able to work independently
