Quality Management Specialist (Document Control) temporary 1 year (f/m) 100%

Your responsibilities

• Performs the assigned tasks in the Document Control Group autonomously in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice.


• Supports the process owner.


• Develops, implements and maintains the QMS processes in archiving


• Coordinates and reviews change requests


• Informs the organization on ongoing changes


• Reports on the process performance

Your qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a document control role in a regulated environment (life sciences, food or aeronautic industry)


• Medical Device experience in an international company strongly preferred


• Experience with electronic document management system preferred


• Fluent oral and written in English and German (>= C1 level)


• Proficient user of MS Offic applications , Word in particular 


• Excellet organizational skills


• Works well cross functionally with different levels of employees, takes initiative, able to work independently
