At our headquarters in Baar, we are seeking for the breastfeeding / healthcare / operations business unit an IT Business Process Consultants.
This position will drive the IT enablement of global processes and standards as well as support end users of relevant IT systems at a global level. This position will work with various business functions to understand business challenges, translate business requirements into functional specifications, facilitate process improvements, and evaluate IT solutions through business cases. The IT Business Process Consultant will be the trusted business partner/advisor by facilitating partnership between business and IT to deliver solutions and advice using best practices methodology. This role will be the SPOC for all 3rd level support issues of relevant IT systems and will work in liaison with external consultants and providers of software Services.
This position will focus on the Operations, Supply Chain, R&D and Sourcing business processes and will therefore be the go-to person for all related IT systems for this area (main focus SAP).

Your responsibilities
Enable Business Process Management and Continuous Improvement
Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements (short, mid and long term), uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Facilitate ideation workshops and conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Identify continuous process improvement opportunities proactively to exceed Operations Excellence goals considering customers benefit and profitability.
Be instrumental in improvement of relevant applications in coordination with process experts and key users
Be up-to-date on software releases, support and innovation from the provider.
Solution Development, delivery and release management
Perform requirements analysis and securing demand to ensure that requirements will be implemented within standard or out-of-the-box functionality.
Produce detailed requirement specifications including acceptance criteria.
Assess solution and options through business case processes. Documenting and presenting the results of the business case to stakeholders
Assist with integration and user acceptance testing
Lead and participate in application acceptance and stress testing, data migration specifications,
Plan and execute trainings for power users and business partners
Create and/or review manuals, procedures, functional specification and related user training documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience
Manage and deploy change requests and business releases together with process experts and power users
Perform solution delivery activities in compliance with regulations and IT policies and standards
Business Partner/ Trusted Advisor
Partner, as a direct contributor, with cross-functional teams, global process experts and project managers to implement and support global information system solutions.
Act as liaison between the Implementation Teams, Process Experts and other Global IT organizations to insure agreed-to targets are achieved, including Infrastructure, Compliance, and Help Desk.
Assist business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management.
Monitoring and managing support requests (system/user admin activities, bug fixing, change requests) in liaison with 3rd party vendors.
Manage 3rd party vendors to ensure their products meet the business requirements
Project Management
Manage projects and monitoring performance
Create business cases and project proposals with strong rationale and present the results to stakeholders
Create detailed project plans, including fiscal and human resource needs
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Business Analysis Certification preferred
Exposure to Prince II, Agile & Scrum delivery will be plus
SAP module Certification in 2-3 key modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, PLM) will be a plusStrong experience presenting to senior management and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
Requirement elucidation and the ability to explain technical aspects to non-technical audience
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience documenting business, functional and technical requirements
Experience in modelling / mapping as-is and to-be business processes
Experience with SAP S/4Hana standard features preferred, but can be developed
Experience working in a global, cross functional and matrixed team is preferred
Knowledge/Understanding of basic tenets of Product Life Cycle Management
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP
Project management facilitation skills
Business level English is essential for communication across all stakeholder
Team player with positive attitude
Strong analytical mind, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Strong relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus
Able to multitask and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
