Team Lead IT Business Services - Certified in SAP FI/CO (f/m) 100%

Your responsibilities

Leading an international team of IT Business Process Consultants to develop, maintain, enhance and support the world-wide Medela Group IT application and process landscape in the area of Finance, Controlling and HR.

This position will mainly work with head of business functions specifically within Finance and HR to understand business priorities, challenges and strategy and align these with strategic objectives for Global IT.

Partnering with other world-wide Medela department heads, project leaders, process experts to continously enhance the value of IT systems and processes is assumed.

 

Business Engagement and Alignment:

• Represents the Global IT of the Medela Group to internal and external customers and peers


• Is a part of Business Review meetings internally


• Influences and supports business leaders to make decisions on applications in alignment to the company strategy


• Drives business requests from ideation to implementation as per the IT Demand Process


• Partners with other cross-functional teams, power users, local IT teams, departments heads, process experts and project managers to insure integrated objectives are met in a timely and cost effective manner


• Aligns and manages deliverables with service level agreements to insure quality targets are met within the approved methodology


• Prepares status reports, updates, documentation and briefs management and other related Teams

Global IT Strategy:

• Responsibility for managing IT Business Process Consultants and set clear team goals and KPIs


• Defines roadmap and execution to achieve the target Business Application landscape as per the Global IT strategy


• Responsible for the implementation and compliance with the regulations of the safety handbook, personnel handbook and with the MMS requirements

Application Life Cycle Management:

• Constantly strives to consolidate, rationalize, and save/avoid costs in line with rationalization of Business Applications used in Finance, HR and other Support Functions

Leadership:

• Actively recruits, develops and leads project team and team members on an international level and multiple concurrent projects to achieve maximum effectiveness at lowest cost


• Responsible for the technical and human resources management of his/her organizational or functional area or scope of responsibility


• Supporting team members in facilitating process improvements, and building business cases together with business stakeholders


• Supports team members to create and own their IDP


• Pro-active interaction with vendors, suppliers and consultants to negotiate and develop IT frameworks and contracts for the Medela Group

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent


• Business Analysis Certification preferred


• Exposure to Prince II, Agile & Scrum delivery will be plus


• Certified in SAP FI/CO and/or in Workday is mandatory


• At least 5 years of relevant work experience


• Strong experience presenting to senior management and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management 


• Experience working in a global, cross functional and matrixed team preferred
